Brooklyn WorkForce 1 Career Center
Managed by Goodwill for the New York City Department of Small Business Services, the Brooklyn WorkForce 1 Career Center offers New Yorkers the chance to get all the services they need in one location to support them in preparing for and finding work. The services include career counseling, training, job placements and educational advancement resources for job-seekers; workforce services are offered for businesses. Also collaborating on the One-Stop Center is the New York State Department of Labor, City University of New York and a number of other partner organizations.

HempsteadWorks Career Center: The DOOR
A full-service One-Stop Center, the HempsteadWorks Career Center is a network of organizations that meet the needs of both job seekers and employers. The center offers career counseling, referrals and information about the job market, child care, transportation and financial assistance. Located at the Town of Hempstead Department of Occupational Resources’ central office in Hempstead.
