Goodwill offers a wide range of long- and short-term employment and training services, including one-stop employment centers, workforce development, welfare-to-work, training services and temporary staffing.

Member for Life Program:
Goodwill’s Member for Life Program tracks our program participants after they have been placed in competitive employment positions. Member for Life is designed to help anyone needing further assistance, and to measure the long-term effectiveness of our programs and services.

Supported Employment
Supported Employment works to find competitive employment positions for people with severe disabilities. Once an individual is on the job, Goodwill provides one-on-one job coaching to help them become as independent as possible. Goodwill’s Supported Employment Division works with many disability types. These include persons with mental retardation, developmental disabilities, mental illness, visual impairment, hearing impairment and many others.

Assisted Competitive Employment
This employment support program provides a job coach and other support services to individuals with mental illness, helping them earn the opportunity to gain competitive employment.

Extended Rehabilitation Services
Through Extended Rehabilitation Services, participants gain work experience and earn money in Goodwill’s on-site industries – contributed goods, industrial contracts and porter/maintenance – while receiving case management services.
